Wholesale sources are constantly seeking out the latest and greatest solution to the "drudgery" of kitchen duties with the promise of less work and more time. The solutions often seem more cumbersome than the original task, but every once in a while a new kitchen gadget comes along that actually follows through on its promises of efficiency. A great example is the potato peeler. No question about it, the potato peeler is an indispensable kitchen gadget. And even though the basic design is still at the core of new models, there are often practical improvements that make it worth retiring your old model to Goodwill.
