Customer Satisfaction has the highest priority. We ship as quickly as possible and tracking numbers are e-mailed to you whenever possible. Most orders are shipped UPS or FEDEX. I am available much of the time to help in any way I can; to facilitate the order process, answer any questions, and to help with customizing orders. Payment methods		Pay Pal Money Order/Cashiers Check Paypal is our preference. It is safe, fast and all credit cards are accepted. I will also accept a credit card payment directly over the phone if necessary.

Store ship-to locations		the United States, Canada. After May 14, 2007, Worldwide only if a quote is requested.
Shipping & Handling		Buyer Pays Shipping.
Sales tax		Sales Tax charged for shipments to NY if no exemption certificate.
Customer service & return policy		100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We issue credits or refunds. Your choice.
